Because the complexity and frequency of changes to our medical records increase as we age, our subscription prices depend upon your age. See the chart below to determine your plan’s price.
Monthly fees will be automatically charged to the credit/bank card you provide. All plans have a $39 setup fee. If you prefer the convenience of annual billing, your $39 setup fee will be waived.
