Both your and your spouse’s records are stored on this one VitalKey. You may order a duplicate if you both wish to carry your own VitalKey.

Why Is VitalKey a Subscription Service?

Your VitalKey is a living record of your health. To be useful to you and any doctor who treats either of you, it must be maintained. Your VitalKey Medical Specialist does this for you.

They interview you by phone after you order your VitalKey. They contact your doctors for you to get copies of your records. And they assemble your records in digital form on your VitalKey.

They continue to do this for you as your medical information changes over time. And to be sure that no updates to your VitalKey have been overlooked, they will call you every few months to check.

Your work stops once you’ve ordered your VitalKey. We take over for you after that.

VitalKey Subscription Pricing

The complexity and frequency of changes to our medical records increase as we get older. Because we do the work of managing your records for you, your VitalKey subscription price is based on your age. See the chart below to determine your plan's price.

Monthly subscription plans require a $39 setup fee. If you prefer the convenience of annual billing, your $39 setup fee will be waived.
