Subscription Plan: Family
As the VitalKey movement spreads, more and more families are seeing how the VitalKey works. They’re discovering how simple it is to use and how effortless it is to maintain.
Without a doubt, it’s the smartest precaution you can take to protect your family from one of the leading causes of death in America – medical errors. And it has doctors and their patients talking.
Being a VitalKey Holder ensures that you – and any doctor who treats you - will always have every family member’s up-to-date medical information at your fingertips. This is why doctors developed the VitalKey – to eliminate the guesswork in treating patients when their medical records are unavailable.
Your whole family’s records are stored on this one VitalKey. You may order duplicates for anyone who wishes to carry their own VitalKey.
Why Is VitalKey a Subscription Service?
Your Family VitalKey is a living record of your family’s health. To be useful to you and any doctor who treats you, it must be maintained. Your VitalKey Medical Specialist does this for you.
They interview you by phone after you order your VitalKey. They contact each of your doctors to get copies of your records. And they assemble your family’s records in digital form on your VitalKey.
They continue to do this for you as your family’s medical information changes over time. And to be sure that no updates to your VitalKey have been overlooked, they will call you every few months to check.
Your work stops once you’ve ordered your VitalKey. We take over for you after that.
VitalKey Subscription Pricing
The complexity and frequency of changes to our medical records increase as we get older. Because we do the work of managing your records for you, your VitalKey subscription price is based on the age of the oldest person on your VitalKey. See the chart below to determine your family’s price.
Monthly subscription plans require a $39 setup fee. If you prefer the convenience of annual billing, your $39 setup fee will be waived.
