When you’re pregnant, your concerns about your health and the health of your unborn child are more important than ever. Our maternity plan enables you keep all your medical records – maternity and otherwise – with you at all times. Once your child is born, your newborn's records will be stored on your key as well. At the end of your one-year maternity subscription, you can automatically roll over into the family subscription.

Monthly fees will be automatically charged to the credit/bank card you provide. All plans have a $39 setup fee. If you prefer the convenience of annual billing, your $39 setup fee will be waived.

As a part of the subscription, we will contact you on a regular basis throughout the year to check for changes to your medical information, and we will follow up with your physicians on your behalf to request updated documentation to be stored on your VitalKey. Maintaining your VitalKey is extremely easy for you, but requires considerable effort on our part.
